quenph Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

The quenph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you meet all eligibility requirements applicable to online gaming activities in your jurisdiction within the Philippines. It is illegal for minors to participate in any form of online gambling, and quenph takes this obligation seriously by implementing age verification procedures during the registration process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, quenph may freeze account funds pending investigation and is not obligated to release any balance until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, quenph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Players who have been subject to a self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming programme will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period, and any attempt to circumvent this measure by creating a new account will constitute a breach of these terms. quenph will not reinstate a closed account where the closure was initiated as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion until the agreed exclusion period has fully elapsed and the player has reaffirmed their wish to return.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification. The failure of quenph to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future instance.
